Keston boilers are the perfect solution for problem installs, when boilers cannot be easily sited on an outside wall and when extended flue runs are required to safely and discretely carry products of combustion from source to atmosphere.
As part of our portfolio of works over the last 10+ years, CORGAS have worked continuously on a development of over 240 apartments, to replace, when required, the existing boilers and hot water stores with a solution that delivers similar performance without impacting on the aesthetic of the apartment.
Whilst others engineers have chosen to relocate the boilers to bedrooms and front rooms and box in metres of copper pipe across walls to a new boiler we have striven to maintain the present look and ambience of the living areas.

Keston boilers use twin flue technology which allows engineers greater flexibility to overcome problem installs and conceal flues where necessary in ceiling voids.
However, boilers and their flues are governed by strict regulations and manufacturers installation requirements which must be satisfied if the appliance is to qualify for its warranty. Failure to install to manufacturers spec will invalidate warranty because cutting corners causes problems.
We have honed and perfected our skills over 10+ years, innovating new methods of installation and engineering as we met new challenges to achieve the near unachievable… using creative thinking to route flues and pipework always to manufacturers specification, and using creative engineering to remove, brace and reboard ceilings, build bulkheads, steps, even designing a new system to retrofit to suspended ceilings.
